<p>Shea Hublin, the adoptive father of Jenssar, was captured by Slavers while investigating disappearing citizens. The ISB has been tasked to retrieve Hublin alive and destroy the slaver operation.</p>
<p>The Chiss Initiative learned that Hublin was not just investigating the disappearance of citizens, but was on a secret mission for the New Order, to find the location of Rak Torn. Torn could be in possession of a precious artifact that was previously tracked to one of his slaves; Undrake must make sure that Hublin succeeds, without drawing too much attention. Daasir was also secretly tasked with retrieving that artifact.</p>

<p>While Jenssar was racing in the semi-pro race, Undrake was shopping in the tech-expo, and Kaine was the ISB officer in charge of Grand Moff Leonis personal security.</p>
<p>Then an investigation on some suspicious rebel activity followed. The adventure concluded in an all-out assault of the sector rebel forces, sacrificing a few elements for the greater good. That was only to create a diversion for some other suspicious activity, including stealing data for a nearby research base.</p>

<h2 id="a-bit-of-history">A bit of history</h2>

<li>We ditched my first idea, <a href="/rules/imperial-troops-deployment-rules/">Team Presence</a>, before even trying it. It was too mathematic for the Star Wars and Genesys rulesets and it would have required another level a management (which is the opposite of the goal here).</li>
<li>Then came the second version. But, after field testing that second version, adjustments were needed, and we discovered the official rules. So the third version was born. That third version is integrated with the existing Squads & Squadrons rules instead, making it more balanced to begin with.</li>

<p>In addition to its standard load, it contains a lab specialized in drug research.
More specifically aiming at drugs to torture people.
No need to introduce the instigator of such a project: Lieutenant Commander Kaine.</p>
<p>It’s flight officer is Senior Captain Felecia Kralick, a condescending, proud, and very analytical officer, that got reknown for her fierce leadership and tactics at the blockade of Naarmatis.
Captain Linoel Tatcher is the army officer in charge, he is vain, but adaptable.</p>
